These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the BetaEco website and to all orders placed through the website.
By accessing or using this website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the website.
2. About BetaEco
BetaEco supplies foodservice and packaging products to businesses and individuals within Australia.
All products and services offered through this website are subject to availability and acceptance by BetaEco.
3. Website Use
You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict or inhibit their use of the website.
You must not misuse the website or attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the security or functionality of the website, or use the website for fraudulent or unlawful activity.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the website if these terms are breached.
4. Accounts
You may create an account to place orders and manage your details. Guest checkout may also be available.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details and for all activity that occurs under your account.
BetaEco reserves the right to suspend or cancel accounts where misuse, fraud, or breach of these Terms is suspected.
5. Orders
All orders placed through the website are subject to acceptance and availability.
Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation. This does not constitute acceptance until the order is processed and dispatched.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders, limit quantities per order, or cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected misuse.
If an order is cancelled, any payment received will be refunded.
6. Pricing
All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD).
Prices are subject to change without notice. Pricing errors may occur from time to time. If a pricing error is identified after an order is placed, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price or receive a refund.
7. Payment
Payment must be made in full at the time of order.
We accept payments via Stripe. By submitting payment details, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.
For customer convenience, payment details may be securely saved to your account for future purchases. Credit card information is stored and processed securely by our third-party payment provider and is not stored directly on BetaEco’s servers. BetaEco does not have access to full credit card details.
8. Shipping and Delivery
BetaEco currently delivers within Australia only.
Orders received before 11:30am will be dispatched the next business day. Orders received after 11:30am will be dispatched the following business day.
Orders placed prior to 11:30am qualify for guaranteed next‑day dispatch, while orders placed after 11:30am will be dispatched on the next business day.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on location, courier services, and external factors outside our control.
Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. BetaEco is not responsible for delays once goods have left our warehouse.
Shipping fees and delivery options will be displayed at checkout.
9. Returns and Damages
Change-of-mind returns may be accepted at BetaEco’s discretion. Requests must be made within 7 days of receipt. Goods must be unused and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If goods arrive damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Photographic evidence may be required. We will assess and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Custom printed products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
10. Custom Printed Products
Custom printed products are produced specifically to order.
Once artwork approval is provided and production has commenced, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded unless required by law.
Production timelines, minimum order quantities, and pricing will be confirmed as part of the custom print process.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, branding, product descriptions, and graphics, is owned by or licensed to BetaEco.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use website content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BetaEco is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of the website or products supplied.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies available under Australian Consumer Law.
13. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
