Who can purchase from BetaEco?

BetaEco products are available to businesses and individuals across Australia, including cafés, restaurants, caterers, and hospitality operators.

No. You can place an order as a guest. Creating an account allows for faster checkout, order tracking, saved payment details, and easier reordering.

We currently deliver within Australia only. Delivery options and costs are shown at checkout.

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days, subject to stock availability. Delivery times vary depending on your location and courier service.

Orders received before 11:30am will be dispatched the next business day. Orders received after 11:30am will be dispatched the following business day.

Orders placed prior to 11:30am qualify for guaranteed next‑day dispatch, while orders placed after 11:30am will be dispatched on the next business day.

Free shipping may be available for selected locations or order values. Any applicable offers will be displayed at checkout.

Change-of-mind returns may be accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided goods are unused and in original packaging. Return shipping costs apply.

If goods arrive damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos so we can assess and assist.

Custom printed products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

Yes. We offer custom printed solutions on selected products. Minimum order quantities and production timelines apply. Please submit a custom print enquiry to discuss options.

Yes. For wholesale and high-volume orders, BetaEco is supported by Anchor Packaging.

Wholesale customers are required to hold an approved Anchor Packaging account. Account applications are subject to approval, and a minimum ongoing spend of $2,000 per month applies.

To apply, you can visit anchorpackaging.com.au and complete the online account application form. Alternatively, you can enquire via [email protected], and your request will be forwarded to the Anchor Packaging team for review.

BetaEco is a brand managed by Anchor Packaging.

Both share the same DNA and hospitality expertise, but serve different purposes. BetaEco was created to focus on front-of-house packaging, with sustainability at its core. Anchor Packaging operates as the wholesale and brand management business.

Together, they allow customers to engage in the way that best suits their business, while remaining supported by the same underlying experience, support and management systems.

Back-of-house products sit outside the BetaEco range. 

Back-of-house and heavy-duty kitchen essentials are handled by Caterpak, a purpose-built brand for commercial kitchens, chefs, and the unsung heroes behind the scenes, managed by Anchor Packaging.

Caterpak will be launching soon.

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. For convenience, customers may save payment details to their account. Credit card information is stored and processed securely by our payment provider and is not stored on BetaEco’s servers.
